As a director, Dan’s focus is to empower the team and allow them to flourish individually, for the betterment of the team. This collective approach influences the studio as a whole and brings the best out of each person. Dan invests his time in understanding each individual’s personality, interests and quirks; and works hard to ensure that every project has input from as many ellivians as possible.
There is no distinct style at Ellivo, it’s an outcome of the group to create shared success for our clients and projects.

When you work with Ellivo on a project, you’re getting the collective knowledge of the whole studio. This fosters a supportive environment where younger ellivians are empowered to have a voice on all aspects of a project from early design and research through to project delivery onsite.
