Tanya believes good design is not just an outcome, it is an experience, and we believe the client should come along for the journey. Our studio is a good example of this. It is a place to enjoy, to explore design and foster collaboration. Our interiors and architecture team are very close-knit and for each project, from the beginning, both interior designers and architects work together to review, unpack, and identify what matters. Building trust is crucial, not just within our studio, but more broadly with both our clients and the wider consultant team. This creates a design process that is enjoyable, brings the most out of individuals and that leads to amazing outcomes.
Wellness is entwined in all projects whether they are medical, residential, or corporate, and this is becoming more of a priority for our clients. Our projects are testament to how important wellness is in everything we do today. Our designs deeply consider how each space makes the user feel and moves beyond the clichés that previously defined our clients’ spaces. We thoroughly enjoying unpacking the complexities with our clients, which allows for unique and diverse wellness offerings within our spaces that focus on the end user.

Tan is our culture curator and is deeply ingrained in understanding people from an experience point of view. This is both within the studio, while on the journey and while considering the end result. We focus our energy on creating an enjoyable process and strong relationships with our clients, project team and colleagues.
Tan has a keen interest in guiding how we do business, and we can see the impact of this on everyone involved, as our relationships flourish. At our core, we believe in being professional and fun. The benefits of this are seen through staff engagement, great collaboration across the project team, amazing design outcomes and happy clients.
We are excited for the future of the team as we see this passion extend through our designs and flows through our studio.
